I am an evolved Textile Artist, specializing in free-machine embroidery, with an evolutionary approach to design and an inclination to try anything.
My work is inspired directly from the materials I use to create fantasy jewellery, boxes and wall hung art, often recycling broken or found objects and giving them new life in another form. As I discover new media, new ideas and inspirations follow and my work moves on to explore the potential of my latest discovery. The tactile quality of textiles combined with creating three-dimensional practical pieces is totally satisfying.

Another of my Amber pieces, Amberdextrous was accepted for exhibition in the 2005/06 Wearable Expressions Show.
